Voter Registration for November 5, 2024 Presidential Election

  • The deadline for voter registration by mail is October 18, 2024 (must be postmarked by this date) 
  • The deadline for voter registration in person is October 18, 2024. Extended hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on this date.
  • The deadline for online voter registration is October 18, 2024 by 11:59 pm.
  • Registration after October 18, 2024 apply to the following only and may register in the office of the Registrar of Voters from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday November 4, 2024.
    • New Citizens
    • New Town of Winchester residents
    • Reach 18 years of age by November 4, 2024
  • Same Day Registration takes place on Election Day in the Registrar of Voters Office from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm.
