State Resources - COVID-19 Pandemic

Along with forty-two other communities, Winchester is part of Region 5 of the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS).   Region 5 is providing periodic updates on useful resources regarding the State's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and other pandemic-related information.
