Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission (IWWC)
The IWWC is comprised of volunteer residents interested in the preservation and protection of Winchester's wetland resources. The Commission is required by State law and enforces land use and water protection policy in accordance with State requirements.

HLWA (Highland Lake Watershed Association)
Volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to lake protection.
Roles:
Hosts events and workshops- Publishes a quarterly newsletter
- Monitors lake health
- Partners with the Town of Winchester on treatments & policy
