The Winsted Senior Center has scheduled a Healthy Aging Fair for Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at their center located at 80 Holabird Avenue. Discover community programs, services and resources that are available to help you to take charge of your life. Information about flu prevention, securing home health services, and accessing public transportation will be available. Chair yoga, line dancing and healthy cooking classes are part of the festivities at the fair. There will also be opportunities for blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar checks, too.
The first 100 attendees will receive a ticket for a free bag lunch to bring home. Prize drawings will occur at noon and attendees need not be present for the drawings to win.
