Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective tonight at midnight through Thursday, February 28th at Noon. (*UPDATE*- Parking Ban lifted as of 8AM)
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
