Revaluation Notices of Assessment Change were mailed on December 15, 2022, and should have arrived at your mailbox by now.
To learn more about the revaluation and what it means for you, please visit the Assessor's page on our website and read our Frequently Asked Questions.If you feel the estimated 2022 market value for your property is different and wish to have your new proposed assessment reviewed with a representative of Municipal Valuation Services, LLC, you may do so by scheduling an appointment online, using the website listed below.
All Informal hearings will be by appointment only and will be held in person at the Winchester Town Hall, located at 338 Main Street. Please provide any evidence supporting your opinion of value to the representative at the time of the review.

If you have more than two parcels you wish to discuss, please do not schedule online. Instead call Municipal Valuation Services at (203) 292-5500 for additional scheduling options. Please book your appointment prior to January 5, 2023.

Please keep in mind that the call center operators making the appointments are not qualified to discuss values or parcel data.
