Publication of Town Manager’s Proposed FY 2027 Budget Documents
April 7, 2026, WINCHESTER, CT - Town Manager Paul Harrington held the second of two public hearings on the budget as required by the Town Charter on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00pm EST in the Hicks Room of Winchester Town Hall. This hearing provided residents with the opportunity to hear directly from the Town Manager and ask questions regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget. The budget summary details all individual line items that make up the town’s operating budget and the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) project proposals.
