The Winchester Town Clerk’s Office is switching to a new records management system.
In order to accommodate the change, the office will be closed on Monday, March 2nd.
The office will resume recording on Tuesday, March 3rd at 8:00 AM.
IQS will have software trainers onsite Tuesday, March 3rd and Wednesday, March 4th to assist the public with the new system.
We are looking forward to the system change as we continue to modernize the office in an effort to give the best possible service to our constituents.
