The Town Clerk reminds residents that June is Dog License Renewal Month*. Please be advised that due to the pandemic, Town Hall remains closed to the public. Please plan to contact the Town Clerk's Office by one of the following:
- Include your information with a check payable to the Town of Winchester and mail to: Town of Winchester, ATTN: Town Clerk, 338 Main Street, Winsted, CT 06098. Fees are based on the fee schedule below. Upon receipt, the license and tag will be mailed to you; or
- Call for an appointment to meet the Town Clerk or Assistant Town Clerk at the front door to Town Hall. Phone number: (860) 738-6963 extension 341 or 342.
Please note that your pet's rabies need to be current in order to renew the license and avoid late fees.

Un-spayed or Un-neutered: $19.00
*NOTE: No late fees will be levied until August 1st per State of Connecticut Order.
