The Governor has activated the Severe Cold Weather Protocol

The following government facilities will be open as warming centers during normal business hours:
Winchester Town Hall, Winsted Senior Center, Beardsley and Memorial Library
Local businesses are also volunteering as warming centers during their normal business
hours: ABC Pizza, Asa's Place, Dunkin Donuts, Winsted News, Kent Pizza, McDonalds, McGrane's,
Northwest Connecticut Realty
Anyone in need of immediate shelter overnight can contact 211 Infoline for assistance.
