The 2024/2025 budget for the Town of Winchester did not pass at referendum, therefore we do not have a mill rate to begin the process to collect taxes. Do not send in payment for last year's billed amount as it is unlikely to be the same amount due and by law, we are unable to hold, accept, or process tax payments until a mill rate is set and a tax warrant is signed. Any checks received will be returned and not posted.
