Many thanks and appreciation to all of our police officers, fire fighters, ambulance personnel, Department of Public Works highway, water, and sewer department employees, and town employees for their efforts to do whatever is required to protect and help our residents during this significant weather event. Our volunteer Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Amateur Radio operators were also standing by to assist if needed.
Our residents also deserve our thanks and appreciation for supporting one another, checking on their elderly and home bound neighbors, and for delivering water, food, and other supplies to those in need during this time.
It has undoubtedly been a frustrating experience for many, but we have all pulled together and the end is in sight. Continue to stay strong and we will get through this together.
