SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
NOTICE FOR ALL PERSONS ENTITLED TO VOTE IN THE TOWN MEETINGS OF THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER, COUNTY OF LITCHFIELD, AND STATE OF CONNECTICUT:
You are hereby warned of and notified a Special Town Meeting of said Town to be held on Monday, June 5, 2023.
For the Following Purpose:
A) Consider and possibly act on the proposed sale of the Batcheller School building located at 201 Pratt Street.
B) Consider and possibly act on the proposed sale of 17 Front Street.
C) Consider and possibly act on granting a Permanent Easement on Town-owned property in the area of 840 East Wakefield Blvd.
