The Town of Winchester Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM to hear presentations from the three development teams that have submitted proposals for the Wallens Hill property.
This meeting is an opportunity for residents to learn more about each proposal, hear directly from the developers, and better understand the potential future of this important property.
