On November 24, 2024, at approximately 4:45 PM, officers were dispatched to Rockwell Street on the report of a disturbance in progress. Contact was made with Stallings-Jr, where probable cause was established to place him under arrest for the charges listed below. A search incident to his arrest led to the discovery of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and money. Stallings-Jr was transported to Winchester Police Headquarters and held on a $50,000 cash/surety bond. He was presented at GA # 18 Torrington Superior Court on 11/25/2024.
