Sponsored by Our Culture is Beautiful, a civic group out of Torrington, the agenda is likely to include the following: Winsted Attractions, Upcoming projects, Demographics, Culture Traditions, and Success Stories
Our Culture is Beautiful is a grassroots group, promoting cultural diversity events and trainings. This discussion for Winchester/Winsted is open to all of our area adults and youths alike.
