Please be advised that a parking ban has been issued, beginning tonight at Midnight through 6AM tomorrow, Wednesday, January 23, 2019. The Town of Winchester Department of Public Works will be undertaking the clean-up of snow along the shoulders of Main Street.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
