Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective tomorrow at noon, Wednesday, March 7th through Friday, March 9, 2018 at 4:00PM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
