Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective tomorrow morning, Wednesday, February 7th at 6:00AM through Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Noon.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
