Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective today, Tuesday, February 12th at Noon through tomorrow Wednesday, February 13th at 6AM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
