Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 21st at Noon through Thursday, March 22nd at 8:00AM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
