Please be advised that due to a forecast of inclement weather, the Town of Winchester has issued a parking ban, effective tonight at 9PM through Monday, March 4th at 6PM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs.
