Monthly Child Tax Credits are now available for families with children through December 2021. Credits in the amount of $300 per month are available to families for children under the age of 6 and $250 per month for each child age 6 to 17.
Families can still sign up to receive monthly payments from now until December, 2021. (If you sign up later in the year, your monthly payments will be larger to make up for missed months.) Families will still be able to receive all current benefits such as SNAP, SSI, unemployment, Medicaid, HUD- Assisted Housing, and/or WIC. Recipients can receive monthly checks by mail to home or deposited directly to your bank account.
