Some equipment has already been delivered to the site, and work may begin Friday 11/29 or the latest Monday 12/2
From Platt Hill Rd. west to where the gravel road starts will be reclaimed and paved.
The plow turn-around on the Winchester Center side of the gravel section will hopefully get fine graded and paved.
We expect the project to be completed by Friday 12/6
