The Recreation Department has announced that parking passes for Highland Lake are available to purchase at Town Hall. This year, they are also available for purchase from the lifeguards. Cost for parking passes is $15 for Town of Winchester residents with a discounted price of $8 for our seniors and $30 for non-residents.
Please note that the permits are for the parking lots and not beach use. Permits give you access to park in both lots on a first come, first serve basis. There is no charge to use town beaches. However, permits are required for parking, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM, throughout the summer season, between Memorial Day and Labor Day, while lifeguards are on duty. Drop-offs and walk-ins can access both town beaches provided rules and regulations are followed.
