ANNUAL TOWN BUDGET REFERENDUM

The legal voters and all persons entitled to vote in Town Meetings of the Town of Winchester, County of Litchfield, and State of Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that a referendum of said Town will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Pearson Middle School, 2 Wetmore Ave., Winchester, CT. from 8:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
“SHALL THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER ADOPT THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2023 AS PRESENTED BY THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,574,308?”
Absentee ballots are available at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall, 338 Main Street, Winsted, CT., for those persons qualified to receive one.

Monday through Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thursday: 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. NOON
