The Town will hold its Annual Town Budget Meeting, as described in the Town Charter, at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Gilbert School auditorium. All individuals registered to vote in the Town of Winchester and all individuals owning $1,000 or more in assessed property value within the Town of Winchester are permitted to attend the meeting and vote. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Town's budget and to consider sending it to town referendum.
