The Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board is currently making plans for the outreach and recruitment of high school students for this year’s Youth Employment Program. This program is funded by the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board and affords eligible youth an opportunity to gain valuable work experience. Eligible youth will be between the ages of 14 and 21, have a 504 plan, an IEP, free or reduced lunch, or meet certain income criteria. The Program will address vocational development of youth through addressing skills such as dependability, initiative, and problem solving.
