Northwest Hills Council of Governments is sponsoring a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on October 13, 2018 from 9am - 2pm at the Torrington Street Department, 21 Arthur Street, Torrington. Pre-Registration IS REQUIRED. Winsted residents can get a free pass for this event only at Regional Refuse #1 at 31 New Hartford Road, Barkhamsted during normal business hours.
