A twelve-hour parking ban has been issued in the Town of Winchester beginning tomorrow morning, Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 7AM and lasting through the day until 7PM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs. Downtown residents may utilize municipal lots including the former Bank of America lot at 44 Elm Street and the mini lot at 15 Center Street.
