Winchester Town Manager Josh Kelly will hold open and public office hours from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Hicks Room on the second floor of Winchester Town Hall (338 Main Street, Winsted, CT 06098) on Thursday, June 22, 2023. All are welcome to attend; the session is open to anyone interested. For a private meeting with the Town Manager, please make an appointment at 860-738-6962.
