Please join us in welcoming Nicholas Pollutro to the Winchester CT Police Department. He was sworn in today, October 3rd, 2023, as a probationary police officer. Recruit Pollutro is 24-years-old and is a resident of Torrington. He attended Oliver Wolcott Technical School, graduated in 2018, and is continuing his education at Northwestern Community College majoring in Criminal Justice.
Recruit Pollutro will be attending the Connecticut Police Academy, Session
#380, which starts on Thursday October 5th. After which he will go through our Field Training program. Good luck Recruit Pollutro!
