The Town of Winchester Tax Collector’s website is temporarily unavailable for water/sewer payments (only) as the system is undergoing maintenance. The November installment for water and sewer can still be mailed utilizing the preprinted green envelopes that were included in the billing. Alternatively, payments may be mailed to: Town of Winchester, 338 Main Street, Winsted, CT 06098. Payments are also accepted within the office of the collector during normal business hours of Town Hall, Mondays through Wednesdays, 8AM to 3:30PM, Thursdays, 8AM to 5:30PM, and Fridays, 8AM to 11:30AM.
Water and/or sewer customers are reminded that the last day to pay without penalty or interest is Friday, December 1, 2023.
