Following Town Ordinance 7, all residential & commercial property owners are responsible for clearing the sidewalk in front of their property within 24 HOURS of a snow storm's end.
After 24 HOURS, the Town of Winchester reserves the right to inspect, which may result in a $100 citation & a fee for Public Works to clear the area for public safety.
