The Winsted Senior Center will welcome our State Representative to provide updates on the new State budget and how the changes impact older adults and the Town of Winchester. These Meet and Greets are informal get-togethers where residents can feel free to ask a question. Afterwards enjoy cider and donuts thanks to Mayor Perez winning a scarecrow challenge fundraiser for the Center.
