Road Closure Notice
White St from N. Main St across the Bridge
1/9 to 1/14
Dear Residents and Business Owners:
The White St Bridge is scheduled for replacement. The replacement plans are currently under development. Survey work has been completed and the design team has scheduled Soil Borings near the foundation as the next step in the process.
Soiltesting , Inc of Oxford, CT will be conducting the soil borings. This work is scheduled for the hours of 7 AM to 5 PM beginning on Thursday, January 9th and will be completed by Tuesday January 14th. This work can only be completed during dry weather conditions. Rain or Snow and Ice can delay the work and extend the completion date.

The Road will be closed to through traffic, or, alternating one way traffic may be permitted if the work allows it. Alternate access to White St and Nanni Drive should be from Wallens St. If there are deliveries scheduled for properties along White St and in the Nanni Drive/Mountainview Terrace, alternate delivery locations and/or dates should be considered.
