The Town of Winchester has made significant expenditures related to our road improvement projects, including brand new sidewalks on Elm Street. As a reminder, it is illegal to park on any of our sidewalks. We are looking for voluntary compliance through awareness of this law. Officers will be out enforcing violations, which carry a $92 fine. Please help us in protecting the Town's investment and allowing pedestrians to safely use the sidewalks.
