**Important Notice to Residents: SCADA System Glitch**
We want to inform you that earlier today, our SCADA system, which manages our water and wastewater systems, experienced a glitch. This resulted in water levels dropping lower than usual, and unfortunately, the system also failed to alert us to the issue.
Once we started receiving calls from residents, we immediately deployed a full crew—an all-hands-on-deck response—to identify and resolve the problem. The issue has now been fixed, but it will take a few hours for the water tanks to be fully restored.
In the meantime, we are asking all residents to boil water for use this evening and early tomorrow morning while water levels return to normal. We understand the inconvenience this causes and assure you we are not happy with the system failure. We have SCADA representatives on site to ensure there are no further issues, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely until we are completely satisfied.
