As part of the Customer Relief Plan announced by Governor Ned Lamont in November 2022, Eversource is offering a one-time $100 bill credit to residential electric customers with household incomes between 60% and 100% of the state median income ($23,300 - $38,865).
Assistance is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Potentially eligible customers are receiving a pre-recorded phone message or email from Governor Lamont and Eversource – this is not a scam.
If you believe you meet the income requirements and have not received a call or email, please call 844-207-0127.
NOTE: If your household income is at or below 60% of the state median income, you may qualify for other programs to help pay your bill, including the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program, which provides a basic benefit of $250 towards your heating bill.
