The Town of Winchester Economic Development Commission is hosting their 2nd Annual town-wide storefront contest. Local businesses are being encouraged to participate by means of beautifying their storefront through improvements such as signage, awnings, windows, planter boxes, cleaning off sidewalks, parking areas, and more.
Entry deadline is October 1, 2021 and completion of improvements ends on November 1, 2021. 
The theme of this year's contest is Winchester 250 - Celebration and History.
