BINGO, Raffle, and Bazaar Permitting Now Handled by Winchester Police Department - effective 01/01/2018

Pursuant to Connecticut Public Act 17-231, as of January 1, 2018, each municipality will be responsible for the permitting and enforcement of all bingo games, bazaars and raffles taking place in their town.  This permitting process in Winchester for these activities shall be through our Police Department.  Application forms are available through the town’s website, www.townofwinchester.org/winchester-police-department and/or through the following link.
