Neil Hunt, Chief of Staff and organizer of the Town of Winchester Annual Memorial Day Parade, has made the decision to cancel this year's parade. This was a difficult decision. Please be sure to take the time to recognize and thank a veteran as well as pause in your daily activities to remember those who gave all.
